Our Lady of the Rosary with Saints

Museo d'Arte Sacra
San Leo, Italy

The upper section shows the Virgin and Child giving the rosary to Saint Dominic on the left and St. Catherine of Siena on the right. Below, left to right, are St. Pius V (triple tiara), St. Joseph (lily stalk), and St. Louis Bertrand (so identified by the museum's label, though he does not look like other images of this saint). It was Pius who instituted what came to be known as the Feast of the Holy Rosary, celebrated on the anniversary of the Battle of Lepanto.
