A subject of popular devotion in 15th-century Germany, the 14 Holy Helpers usually include the group shown here (left to right): Saints George, Cyriacus, Erasmus of Formiae, Blaise, Acacius, Giles, Vitus, Denis, Pantaleon, Margaret of Antioch, Barbara, Catherine of Alexandria, Eustace, and Christopher.
