In "Glory of" ceiling frescos, a saint is seen rising toward Heaven. Here St. Camillo de Lellis rises specifically toward the Cross, which was specially associated with him.

The putto with the large book is also seen in this painting in the same chapel. The book could be either the rule for the Order of Clerks Regular or the papal document that established it.
