The Cloisters St. Andrew Altarpiece: Detail, the strangled youth

This is the fifth predella panel. After St. Andrew drives the seven devils away from Nice (as shown in the third panel) they go to another city and strangle a young man. When St. Andrew sees the body being taken out of the city gate, he prays over him and the young man comes back to life.
