Oratory of St. John the Baptist

Here the saint wears the same camel-hair tunic and red cape seen in the other panels in the Oratory, but with a white belt apparently of cloth, not leather. The scroll reads ECCE AGNUS DEI · ECCE QUI TOLLIT PEC[C]ATA · MUNDI ("Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sins of the world," John 1:29)
