This episode is in Cogitosus' Vita Sanctae Brigidae (Acta Sanctorum February vol. 1, 136¶7) and in Lawrence of Durham's Vita in the same volume (p. 181¶64). The harvesters risk losing the harvest as a great storm comes up, but Brigid blesses the storm and it subsides.
